Building Heroes Releases 2022 Impact Report

Another Year of Breakthroughs in Growth, Support, and Innovation

We are thrilled to announce the publication of our highly anticipated 2022 Impact Report. This comprehensive document showcases our remarkable achievements over the past year, highlighting the incredible work we've done to empower military personnel in transitioning to successful careers in the construction industry. As we continue to break new ground in growth, support, and innovation, this report reflects our commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of veterans and the construction sector as a whole.

The 2022 Impact Report underscores the substantial growth we have experienced. Our organisation has seen a significant increase in the number of individuals re-skilled and supported in their transition to civilian life. We are proud to share that in 2022 alone, we assisted over 700 military personnel, bringing our current total number of beneficiaries to in excess of an impressive 2700 since our establishment in 2014. This remarkable growth is a testament to our unwavering dedication and the effectiveness of our programs.

We remain deeply committed to providing exceptional support to veterans throughout their journey. The impact report showcases our holistic approach to assisting military personnel, offering not just training opportunities, but also tailored guidance, mentoring, and networking opportunities. By addressing the unique challenges our Armed Forces personnel face, we ensure their successful integration into the construction industry and beyond. Our impact is evident in the numerous success stories and positive testimonials from both programme participants and employers who have witnessed the transformation of our veterans into skilled professionals.

Innovation is at the heart of our mission, and the 2022 Impact Report celebrates the groundbreaking initiatives we have implemented. We have continued to refine our programmes, adapting to the evolving needs of veterans and the construction industry. Our commitment to innovation is demonstrated through the introduction of new courses, the incorporation of modern practices in training, and the development of strategic partnerships to enhance the overall experience and opportunities for our beneficiaries. We are proud to be at the forefront of innovative solutions that are shaping the future of veteran support and construction industry integration.

Looking Ahead:

As we reflect on the achievements outlined in the 2022 Impact Report, we are inspired to push boundaries even further. We remain resolute in our mission to empower and support veterans, making a lasting impact on their lives and the construction industry as a whole.
