Set within the breathtaking surroundings of Drapers’ Hall, the Building Heroes Annual Gala Dinner and Awards evening is our flagship fundraising event bringing together our supporters, partners, industry leaders and graduates for a night of fine dining, inspiring stories, and entertainment.

• Booking & Payment Timelines: Payment due by no later than 6 weeks prior to the event to secure booking.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations received by August 28th 2026 eligible for 80% refund; after this date we are unable to provide a refund and payments will be considerd a full charitable donation..

• Ticket Transfers/Name Changes: Transfers permitted until October 5th 2026; updated guest names must be submitted by October 6th 2026.

• Photography & Filming Notice: The event will be photographed/filmed; images may be used for Building Heroes marketing and PR; to opt out please email bhevents@buildingheroes.org.uk to confirm names of persons wishing to opt out.

• Accessibility & Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of requirements by October 1, 2026 to guarantee provision.

• Dress Code & Security: Black tie/Mess and Miniatures; security checks may be in operation.

• Force Majeure: Building Heroes may amend, postpone or cancel due to circumstances beyond our control; liability limited to ticket fees paid.

• Behaviour & Right of Admission: Building Heroes reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests for safety or disruptive behaviour.

• Sponsorship Deliverables: Sponsorship benefits delivered as per agreed sponsorship packages; substitutions may be made if equivalent.
